What information we collect

We collect information you actively provide to us, including:

• Contact form submissions: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address (optional), and a description of your project.
• WhatsApp conversations: messages you send through our WhatsApp Business link are processed by Meta Platforms Inc. under their privacy policy.

We do not run advertising tracking pixels, third-party retargeting, or sell your data.

How we use your information

Information collected through our contact form is used solely to:

• Respond to your project enquiry.
• Send a quote or proposal if requested.
• Follow up on your enquiry (no more than twice if you don't respond).

We store contact form submissions in Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL database. We do not share your information with any third party except where required by law.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months after your last interaction with us. After that, it is deleted. If you become a client, relevant project communications are retained for the duration of the engagement plus two years for accounting purposes.

Analytics

Our website uses Vercel Analytics, which records aggregate page-view data without cookies or fingerprinting. No personal data is passed to Vercel Analytics.

Your rights

You can contact us at any time to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your data.
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you.

Cookies
